When will I get my order?

All orders can be tracked through our Order Status tool. Simply sign into your account, or enter your order number and billing zip code, to receive your order status.

What if I have a tax exempt status?

If you have a tax exempt certificate on file with us already, you will not be charged tax when the order is invoiced. If you are a tax exempt organization and do not have a tax exempt certificate on file, you can send in your certificate after placing your order. We will review your certificate and credit your account if tax was charged.

What happens after I place my order?

Your order will be produced pending credit and art review. If your order includes logos/art, we will review the files submitted and any accompanying text for best-quality printing. If your imprint requires adjustment, your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted.
